Returns
You may return most eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized/customized products
- Perishable items (e.g., flowers, chocolates)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To request an exchange, email us at support@galaxystorehub.com with your order number and photo evidence.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Seasonal & Holiday Gifts
Seasonal items (e.g., Valentine’s, Christmas, Mother’s Day gifts) must be returned within 7 days of delivery and before the holiday date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returns requested after the holiday will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Personalized seasonal items are non-returnable.
